When I originally removed dressing on Wed. it did not look like this at all and I thought maybe something was wrong. So, when it still looked awful this morning, I started to worry and called Dr. S. I told the nurse what it looked like and she said she would ask Dr. S and call me back. When she called back she said to come see Dr. S.
We drive over to Cor.nell, pay lots of $ for parking and Dr. exams him and says that it is normal, it's just really swollen and he needs to keep icing and take anti-inflammatory.
I feel stupid and DH thinks I worry too much.
I guess better safe than sorry. After all, if I don't look out for the Sch.we.aty ball who will.
After the craziness of today, I needed a good laugh and so did D so I found the original Sch.we.aty Balls skit from SNL and we laughed and now DH has forgiven for dragging him into the city. (I also cooked him dinner and made my amazing spinach-artichoke dip)

Don't you think for dinner you should have made meatballs instead? Or giant round mango sized crabcakes.... something round like that...you know, in honor of your day....
I was actually going to make meatballs Kateypie, I didn't have any fresh parsley so I wound up with a meatloaf instead, it was in the shape of a large mango :)

The clip is so funny. Love it! My hubby thinks I worry too much too. Luckily, I have an aunt who is a doctor so I can usually call her before I have to send him to a doctor that we actually have to pay for. Although, swollen balls might be a rather uncomfortable conversation.
