So, how was my retrieval, it was ok. It took a few days to feel normal again. We got 11 eggs and 5 were mature and 5 fertilized. On day 3 they were all exactly where they needed to be. We had a 9 cell, 2 eight cells and 2 7 cells.
We did a 5dt of 2 expanded blasts, grade 1 and a grade 2. For so few eggs we were really happy with the outcome.
Here's a pic of our little turkeys

Now we wait and pray that these are sticky, full-term babies. I really hope this is it for us.
I'm trying to not compare everything I'm feeling to BFP cycle in April but it's hard not to look for similarities. I don't want the same outcome so I keep telling myself different is good.
Thanks for the emails, comments and support, we really appreciate it.

Nice embabies! Have a great holiday weekend.
Exciting! They look great -- so glad your 5 fertilized embryos turned into 2 fabulous blasts.
We're on very similar paths, it seems. I was pregnant in the spring from IVF #1, but found out at the 9 week ultrasound that the embryo had stopped growing. Now I'm super early in a pregnancy from IVF #3.
Sending good thoughts your way!
Sending you lots of hugs and positive BFP vibes for a healthy, wonderful pregnancy with a beautiful baby(ies) at the end *hugS*
Love that you call them "turkeys". LOL. Hoping they stay put!!!
My what gorgeous turkeys you have!
Hope you enjoy a lovely holiday with the family!
Congrats on your beautiful blasts. Hope they snuggle in tight. Happy turkey day, with lots of sticky dust on top!
Hope you have two very cute turkeys with you next Thanksgiving!!
Those are two beautiful looking blasts :) Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and tons of PPV's for your beta tomorrow.
Thinking of you! :)
